The villas are each set in their own private small walled gardens, with a paved entrance and secured with double wrought iron gates. Floors are all tiled, and ceilings are of limewashed wood giving a light, airy atmosphere, in keeping with the proximity to the sea. Air conditioning units are fitted throughout, and underfloor pipework for central heating has been installed. Doors and windows have flyscreens fitted. Entrance is directly into the open plan living/kitchen area. The three spacious double bedrooms lead from the living room and are all have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom. Both bathrooms are tiled, with sinks fitted into marble tops. All have doors leading onto covered verandas, and into the garden. Gardens are small and maneagable, with paved areas for parking and paved pathways into the villas. St George is less well known than some other parts of Corfu island, but its relaxed atmosphere, and suitability for families means that it is increasing in popularity. Currently prices represent excellent value - although as the area becomes more prominent prices are beginning to rise. |
