Renovate an Old Property in Corfu
We have old village houses for sale in Corfu Greece which require substantial renovation. Many have lovely old features such as stone arches which are begging to be restored to their former glory. We specialise in this and have stonemasons, architects and other experts who can perform this task for you, turning an old ruined property into a house with a unique character.
The process is very simple. You sit down with our architect who will explain what can be done to the property and your various options. Once you decide on what you want us to do, you can relax as we will take care of everything and send you regular updates and pictures. The whole process can take from a few months up to one year, but we will take care of everything for you. The cost of renovation can vary between 500 and 1500 Euros per sqm. This makes it more expensive than building a new property, but a restored stone villa will provide you with a striking home which has magnificent original features and a unique Greek character. Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to provide firm quotes for individual properties, as a lot depends on what the builders will find when they dig into the walls and the foundations. You do need to have some imagination, but don't worry, you just tell us what you want and we will sort out everything on your behalf and give you regular updates.
